I haven't had to deal with this in awhile..

Why is it all lies and bullshit?
People just piss me off.

I totaled my car today. Me and Sam were goin to the lake, and we were on the fun road, and I lost control. Spun this way, lost a tire, and then hit the driveway to this house, and we went airborn. I hit somethin else, and it flipped back over. We landed right in front of this house, we tore up the yard and stuff. The cops took 30 minutes to get there, neither of us had a phone-well I did but it was dead-and then we spent 3 and a half hours in the ER. I have 2 cuts on my neck, my left shoulder's pretty bruised, and I have tons of other bruises. My hand hurts, too. My lower back sorta hurts, but not really. So, I have no car.


This summer, in short, sucks.

So when you see a magician, and you say oh wow, that was an amazing trick, but I have absoloutely no idea how it's done, the magician doesnt tell you how it's done, right? The magician does it for the affect.

What if God was like, the number 1 magician? He did his thing for the affect, and you say wow that was amazing, but have no idea how you managed....he doesnt want you to see His secret, nor does He show you the secret.

Yeah? Yeah.

So our Wednesday night service tonight was about doubt. And when it came to me, my first answer(which was a question in general about God or stuff like that), my answer was, how do you expect me to believe in something that has absoloute no proof. There are things said, there is the bible and such, but all that is say. And hear. And faith. Faith is one of the biggest parts of religion....and not only in Christianity. If faith is what really makes Christianity real, and the fact that if you are a Christian you believe, then what about the other things? Aren't they the exact same way? In their eyes, what they believe is right, what they believe is true, and that they should be getting other ppl to come to them, to show them the right way. Their religion is based on faith. So what is the real thing?

I guess it depends on the person. If you believe in something enough, have enough faith in something, it makes it real. Isn't that how Christianity came to be real? That ppl had faith that Jesus was God's living son, that what he said was true? And that Christians do believe that their was is correct. And then the others-they have their stories too. And believe that their way is true. That have been passed down, and ppl rely on them, and live off of them. And its not just with religion that ppl have done this, that they believe in something because of faith. Hitler, right? Made ppl believe that his way was right. People find ways of making themselves believe that they are perfectly fine even if everything they eat they go and throw up. But to them, they really truly believe that what they're doing is right. Is true. Granted now, these last 2 things stray from my point a bit, but it all correlates......



I'm not saying what is right, what is wrong. I'm saying, that religion is based on faith. Doesnt matter which religion.

You know when you reallly miss something, and that feeling of the bottom of your stomach drops to the floor? When your face goes really cold and then really hot? That feeling of tears prickling your eyes?


Yeah, I miss last summer.
